At Port Vale Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your official club merchandise, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly marking whether you require an exchange or a refund for each item.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure that personalized shirts or worn goods are not included as these cannot be returned.

  Ship to the Club Shop

  Send your parcel via a tracked service to the Port Vale Official Club Store, ensuring you retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 7 to 10 working days.
